Imbolc: The Transformation

Imbolc: The Transformation

A Family Constellations and Art Therapy Process

“As the night falls back into the profundity of Mother Earth, the first breath of light gently blows the mantle of darkness away, revealing the mystery and colour of a new dawn.
Life springs from the depth of our Mother’s womb, growing bright as she breaks through the night, rising into light from the renewing arms of Gailleach, the old wise winter woman.
She is Brigid, the breath of awakening, the potential and fragility of a new birth.
She is the lady of the flame, our intuition and inspiration shaping dreams into seeds, seeds into life.
She is the healing water, preparing the fertile land for the new growth to grow, flowing into abundance.
She is Brigid, the sacred mating dance of fire and water, of desire and action”.

Our Journey:
A deep process of therapeutic exploration of our hidden dynamics and inner movements.
A hand in hand transitional process from the stillness and silent space of the winter into the renewed fire of inspiration and creativity.
With Family Constellation Therapy, Spiritual Healing Practice, Movement and Expressive Arts Therapy, we are going to journey together, supported by the power of the experience and the power of the group, we are going to be guided through a process of letting go of demands and of reconnection with our inner resources.
We are going to become our own healer, diving into possibilities, exploring the needs of our Souls for bonding and letting go,………observing our movement, physical and energetic, in relation to the group system we are part of, and investigating our blocks to regain authority on our energy, by freeing it from trauma’s entanglements, in order to bring more awareness, clarity and flow of love in our lives.
As Gailleach, the Winter Hag, transforms into the Maiden of Spring, the Lady of the Flame, Brigid, how do we allow ourselves to transform, witnessing our old self melts away, becoming a new fire, a new inspiration?
Which is the transformation we are transitioning through? And in awareness, how do we participate to it?
How to stop the cycle of suffering that holds us back from being healthy, happy and fulfilled?

Every meeting will be guided from the experience itself and from the revealed feelings, perceptions, truths and insights of the participants.

The Celtic Tradition and Imbolc:
The ancient Celtic tradition was widely shaped from the influence of the lunar cycle and the cosmic movement of the stars.
Their lives were in constant resonance with the ongoing transformational process of nature.
In gratitude and in humbleness, they were honouring the wholeness of the universe, allowing their own movement to dance with the movement of the whole, from the world of the spirits and the ancestors, to the world of nature and seasonal cycles.
The Celtic year was composed of two seasons, the winter and the summer, and every transition and significant shift between one the other was a celebration of life and its gifts.
In their circular and cyclic vision of time, Imbolc was celebrating the half way space between the winter solstice and the spring equinox, a space of light, reawakening, of rebirth and hope.
We are always, always in a journey from darkness into light, slowly……gently…..step after step we precede on guided from our intuition and inspiration, mantled from the safe mantle of our souls.
Imbolc is the threshold where darkness and light meet, where water and fire are dancing life into creation, where our dreams, like flower’s buds, are timidly beginning their journey into beautiful blooming flowers.
Imbolc is the birth of a new life, the first breath of movement, rising out of the night into the day,
as everything that we have conceived, cherished, nurtured, in the inner darkness of the winter, awakens into light.
Time to let go of the last fragments of what is holding us back, there are no real boundaries, only the fears and the expectations that our mind allows to be set as frontiers for our becoming.
Time to follow our intentions as they make their first steps into manifestation.
“Who” are they? What do “they” need to thrive and prosper?
Imbolc invites the goddess Brigid into our lives, as she nourishes us with inspiration, creativity and enthusiasm, shaking the land into fertility for our seeds to grow.
What have been nestling in the womb of the winter, that is now ready to become life?
What do we have dreamed in the night of the winter, that is now spreading roots in order to stand tall and glorious?
