As I enter a new cycle of life, where am I standing?
How am I standing?
Sensing and feeling what is essential to my journey as my feet and legs are intuitively seeding my path at each step, I’m becoming, layers within layers becoming me, cherishing the fragility of the light that is just born.
Driven from within, I move…..moving through renewal, re-narrating, reshaping my dynamic presence.
What is ahead?
What is moving within me as I move without?
Dreams, values, directions…….disorientation turns into wisdom.
Which choice is whispering to me, calling to be chosen?
Who am I becoming?
Can I appreciate my path as I walk into the unknown of a new me?
Entering a new 10 years cycle, entering 2020, this Dance Ceremony is intent to offer the participants a space for self-exploration and self-discoveries.
Expanding our sense of self, taking a stand for who we are, what we believe in and what we dream of:
– what we decide to let go of as an old story that doesn’t narrate
our truth anymore?
– where are we in our life path?
– being our own authority, which one is the new journey we wish
to adventure into?
A Dance Ceremony is a sacred journey, where our prayer is our dance, where with the moving and dancing self as a guide, we can adventure through a process of awakening and self-celebration. A Dance Ceremony is a space of awareness, where our inner life is bridged into consciousness, where the invisible becomes visible. A Dance Ceremony is an act of listening, allowing and dance with, it is an act of taking responsibilities in being true to ourselves, in being in movement and dare to be with the movement.
A Dance Ceremony is an integrated process where the moving, dancing body is becoming our tool for the experiential embodiment of the transformative strength of rituals and the revealing work with Family Constellations principals.
Program:
19.15 – The doors open….time to land and warm up.
19.30/21.30 – Dance Ceremony with live music.
The journey is supported by the music of Alla Nazarova, Danielle Roelofsen, Richard van Schie and Rienk Noorman: percussion, harmonium, flutes, harp, mandolin and guitar.
21.30/23.00 – Soft-landing music by Rienk Noorman
General information: We dance on bare feet. Bring some thick socks to keep your feet warm, when it is needed.
In order to create space for landing, integrating and transitioning processes, every Ceremony ends with 15 minutes of silence and stillness. Bring a small pillow to sit on and a blanket to nestle yourself in.

Who we are: Stefania Ammirata is our ceremony master, Alla Nazarova, Danielle Roelofsen and Richard van Schie are our musicians, Rienk Noorman is our Dj.
Contribution: From a minimum contribution of 20 euros, you offer what you can and wish. If you cannot afford it, just contact me, together we find a way through.
